The consequent laws were the result of a process of negotiation between all of these. In 1903, that legislative process inspired the establishment of bodies bringing together art dealers representing their group interests. This led to nationwide cooperation within the art trade community, and continues to this day. This paper traces the nationwide lobbying campaign of Italian art dealers against the 1903 amendment of the Nasi Law, and contributes to our understanding of manoeuvres within the Italian art trade, during the first years of the 1900s, when confronted by seismic changes; changes that were to profoundly shape its future.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>L\u2019influenza politica delle associazioni italiane degli antiquari e\u00a0la liberalizzazione dell\u2019emendamento\u00a0del 1903 alla legge Nasi<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<p>La storia della legislazione nell\u2019ambito della tutela del patrimonio artistico nell\u2019Italia post\u2013unitaria, in particolare il caso della modifica della legge Nasi del 1903, mostra chiaramente come il moderno processo di policymaking nasca dall\u2019interazione di tutti gli attori coinvolti \u2014 i policymakers, il pubblico, i gruppi di interesse e i media \u2014 e come le leggi siano il risultato del processo di negoziazione tra tutti questi attori. Nel 1903, quel processo legislativo ispir\u00f2, inoltre, la nascita delle associazioni dei mercanti d\u2019arte, che si uniscono per rappresentare i propri interessi, e port\u00f2 alla cooperazione a livello nazionale della comunit\u00e0 del commercio d\u2019arte che continua fino ad oggi.
